Thanks to the Internet of Things, we now have real-time data for the first time. We will remotely monitor our homes and businesses to keep them safe. A security outfit could even use similar technology. Using the power and reach of the internet, the Internet of Things (IoT) has connected a wide range of devices, gadgets, appliances, and infrastructures.
